Terms & Conditions

Reservations can be made online or directly with the spa. A booking is considered confirmed once validated.

Payment can be made online or on-site depending on the conditions selected at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

– Cancellation +24h: free of charge
– Cancellation -24h: 100% of the amount will be charged

In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

In case of late arrival, the duration of the treatment may be reduced in order to respect the schedule of other clients. The full amount remains due.

Clients are requested to inform the spa of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Everness Spa declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
